Every piece of Rivvled apparel is custom-made for you upon order. This process takes 1-2 days for production. Once complete, your order ships and typically arrives within 3-5 business days. You can expect your custom item in approximately 4-7 business days from the time you place your order.

To ensure the quickest delivery and highest quality, we partner with specialized production facilities globally. Depending on your location and the product, your order will be shipped from our closest manufacturing partner, ensuring speed and reliability.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy limited strictly to items with manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong item/size. Since our apparel is custom made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse (e.g., if you change your mind). Please check the size guide carefully before ordering!
